I've been listening to her a lot lately. Really makes you think. The girl that sings has such a great, smooth voice. Check out her album - just from the title, you can see her views on evolution/creationism. Want to feel happy and excited for something? Listen to "Come On, Come Out." Want to feel sad and depressed? Listen to "Almost Lover." Want to ponder over lyrics? Listen to "Rangers" and tell me what you think she's talking about.

I need some of my medical friends to help me with this one. I just got a letter from a girl I'm sponsoring through Compassion International out in Haiti. Anywho, her translator wrote "...pray for the manager of the project that he feels better. Pray also for his wife who has carried a baby for 5 years and never delivered." Can that really happen? 5 years? That's crazy!

Being one isn't too bad. Aside from always worrying if there's a spider or a bug whenever I turn the corner, I like it. Well, more when it comes to food. While I was in Socal, I got to skip meals and I had no one getting mad at me And since I got home today, I had hummus and naan bread for lunch and more for my late afternoon snack. I went to water aerobics with Jackie and now I'm munching away on Ritz crackers, cream cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Reminds me of how I used to eat before I got married. Being married has you cooking away all the time, which is fun...but just a lot of food. No wonder I gained weight these past couple of years!! And Tim...if you're reading this...there's nothing you can do about it Tomorrow, I'm bringing out the salmon! I just noticed that we're slowly getting ants Time to bring out the Terro. Okay David - that's two entries on Xanga. You gotta catch up!
